Information you provide When you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address, organisation name (if provided), and message content.
Information collected automatically We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. This collects pages visited, general location data, device information, and anonymised IP addresses. We do not collect personal identification information through analytics.
Cookies Our website uses essential Squarespace cookies for functionality and Google Analytics cookies for usage analysis (you can opt out using our cookie banner).
How we use your information
Contact form information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide information about our services. We never use your details for marketing without explicit consent.
Google Analytics data helps us improve website performance and content.
Data storage and security
Contact form data is stored securely on Squarespace's servers. We implement reasonable security measures and do not sell or transfer your information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain contact form data for 12 months or until you request deletion. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings (26 months by default).
Your rights
